Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Arcanasgames+returns@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2967 Chain Bridge Rd, Oakton, VA 22124. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at Arcanasgames@gmail.com.
Return Shipping
- Free return shipping will be provided if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item
- Customer pays return shipping for:
- Change of mind purchases
- "Didn't realize the condition"
- Compatibility issues (bought wrong console version, etc.)
- Any return not due to our error or item defects
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to opened TCG products (booster packs, boxes, etc.), digital codes that have been redeemed or accessed, custom or personalized items, sale items or clearance merchandise, gift cards, items that cannot be resold in original condition due to hygiene, safety, or tampering concerns, and any item determined by Arcanas Games to be unsuitable for return based on condition, completeness, or other factors. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet our return standards or cannot be resold. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note: This policy applies to online orders only. Our in-store return policy may differ. For in-store purchases, please refer to your receipt or ask our staff.
In Store Return Policy:
NO RETURNS WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT.
Unopened new games and accessories may be returned for store credit within 7 days.
Opened items will only be accepted for current trade-in value
Used games, console and accessories cannot be returned unless defective.
Defective games can be returned for replacement, refund or store credit within 7 days of purchase.
